Celadon buys direct from factories and manages the entire process until the goods arrive at our warehouse. We inspect, insure, load, inventory and store. This helps us to keep costs and prices very low. Ruby is fluent in Chinese and visits factories personally on a regular basis to discuss ideas and source for the latest designs. We work closely with builders, architects, designers and contractors as early as from the design phase. We also provide install services for many of the products we sell.
The business grew out of the owners' need to install finishing material in their own multifamily projects that are affordable, well constructed and well designed. Celadon imports an extensive range of material, including countertops, cabinets, hardware, plumbing fixtures, flooring and lighting.
Ruby Lee, LLB (Hons.), MBA
Ruby completed her MBA and LLB in the United Kingdom. In 2002, Ruby moved to Atlanta and worked with the commercial real estate development team at Weissman, Nowack, Curry & Wilco, P.C. before leaving to start her own real estate development company. Ruby has successfully renovated several apartment developments both as condominium conversions and long‐term apartment investment purposes. Ruby is fluent in Mandarin and English. She travels extensively in Asia to source construction materials.
